Can’t get across town? Online shopping is just one of the ways we like to make it easier to care for your pet

Once you have sent us your order and completed payment, we’ll dispatch your goods to the courier within 24 hours. To ensure your products are shipped to your door, undamaged and on-time, we’ve selected the national courier, Courier Post www.courierpost.co.nz. All you need to do, is to simply include your email address when you make your online purchase and you will receive an email with a tracking number on the dispatch of your goods.

If your product does not arrive with 3-5 working days, we urge you to call us on 09 636 6732 or email us as soon as possible. The sooner we are aware, the sooner we can look to follow up and remedy your delivery issue.
